We booked a return trip from Faro to Alvor. The drivers were on time, well presented and the vehicles were modern clean and very comfortable. The driver that collected us from the airport was so helpful, told us about the local areas, food, restaurants and what wine to request. It made for a very interesting journey and the advice was invaluable. I would definitely use this company again I was very impressed with their service and would recommend others to try them too.

This has to be by far the best taxi service we have had. We travel to Lagos every year and this was the most efficient service we have received, will be using again later in the year and telling all our friends about it.

I have to say - first of all the website was first class, easy to understand and book. Now to the driver, he was waiting at the airport with our name on a board. he introduced himself, very easy to understand and he was very polite and courteous. He helped to carry our luggage to the car. The vehicle was extremely good with air-con. We would recommend this company to anyone, we have used this company many times and will continue to use Algarserra in the future.

The drive from Salgados to the Airport was excellent, with a driver speaking a very good English and was on time for the pick-up. But a few days earlier, for the Faro airport to Gala drive, the driver was a bit late at the airport - we had to wait a few minutes. Apart from that drivers were very polite and friendly. Vehicles were very clean and looked brand new. I noticed a baby chair in the trunk to be used if necessary which is a good care. Website is easy to use, except that you discover a bit late that a two-way drive shall have the same deposit/pick-up location. Thanks!

As ever the driver met us at the airport and was helpful with bags and baby seat. We got to our holiday address in very fine shape. I paid for both trips with the first driver. On the return leg we had to ring your office at 9.30 as the car had not arrived. The driver had gone to the wrong address but quickly arrived at our door once he was informed of his mistake. We shall see you again in September.

By mistake the driver was sent to the wrong location to pick me up, this meant he was 15 mins late. It wasn't an issue as I'd booked the transfer in plenty of time and when I phoned to see where they were you were very easy to get hold of and to understand what had gone wrong. The driver then got to the correct location in plenty of time and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Goos service overall!
