The driver was early and before we started our journey he advised us on the various routes. We opted for the quickest one along a toll road. Perfect journey and appreciative of the advice. Also it was much cheaper than the hotels own service and it was very easy to book online.

Our flight was 1h 20 mins late getting to Faro, so we were happy to see the cabby still there when we exited the arrivals baggage. Very pleasant man, spoke much better english than our Portuguese! Drove well. Vehicle a little tight inside but for our 40 minute trip with 4x golf clubs plus 4x bags it needed a bigger boot so a van style vehicle is what you expect. 2nd year we have used these guys and they are proving very reliable.

Booked one way travel from Carvoerio to Faro airport 2 days prior to my departure online. Was very quick and easy to do. I received a call from driver to confirm my location as I was staying in a villa which was hard to locate - I thought this great service. Arrived on time and got me to the airport in plenty of time. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfy. The driver was lovely. Would highly recommend!

Overall an excellent experience from the moment of booking to arrival at destination. Luis on the reservations team is extremely efficient. The driver Ricardo was extremely pleasant and the vehicle was extremely comfortable. I have been booking taxis for many years from Faro Airport but this was the first time we used Algarserra. I wanted to let you know that the driver on the return journey, Francisco, was an absolute gentleman. He spoke excellent English and really could not have done more to help us. I would highly recommend Algarserra and will definitely use them in the future.

I booked a taxi transfer from Faro Airport to Lagos for Friday, August 7th to meet the 18:50 flight from London Gatwick. Everything was fine apart from the driver’s speed once on the motorway to Lagos. He exceeded the speed limit for most of the distance, leaving myself and my wife feeling nervous and concerned until we arrived in Lagos. This was a pity, as he was punctual, friendly and helpful. Perhaps we should have said something to him at the time, but this should not have been necessary, as I’m sure your drivers have guidelines to follow. My son booked the return trip and it was fine. We had a different driver and there were no problems.

Hi! We have used your company a couple of times and will recommend to guests coming to visit us here in Olhos d'Agua. The driver on the return trip was really polite, however, he drove incredibly fast and overtook about 6 vehicles in one go. There was nothing coming the other way, although given the length of time it took him to overtake all those vehicles we were unsure if one would appear around the corner. We are never in that much of a hurry to go anywhere. Our flight wasn't late so we can only think that he may have been the one in a hurry. We don't want our guests to be as terrified as we were at the start of their holiday so perhaps you could mention to all your drivers that holiday makers don't want to start their journey with a white knuckle ride :) Many thanks, Madeline.

On arrival at Faro airport was worried because the flight was an hour late, but your driver was there holding a placard with our name. He was excellent put as at ease over being late and took us to his spotlessly clean car. He was kind, well mannered and spoke very good English. He gave us a very comfortable ride to our apartment. Hello, I wanted just to say thank you to the taxi driver who took us from the airport to rented Albufeira apartment. The landlord who was supposed to meet with us was not there and your very very kind taxi driver stayed with us, trying to find the right apartment - it was late and dark and with torrential rain and so it was particularly kind of him - as he got soaking wet I think, helping us to search for the missing landlord, who failed to answer his phone and so we were very worried. Can you please transmit a BIG THANK YOU to this driver. If he intends to come to Edinburgh anytime he is very welcome to come and stay at my place for up to one week free of charge. Please let him know. We hired a car and that is why we did not use your brilliant service on the way back!
